Who runs the studios now
Who Owns the Former Peak Physique Studios?
VATA Studios is independently owned by Vito and Chantelle, a local couple from South Adelaide. They took over the Brighton and Noarlunga studios from the previous owners, Tamme and Michael, who spent five years building the community that practises in these rooms.
We’re grateful for those five years. The people who already practised here are the reason both studios feel like home, and caring for that community comes first.
Chantelle brings a decade in fitness, including time teaching in Dubai, and now teaches at both studios as co-owner.

The name
Why the Name VATA?
VATA Studios takes its name from Vata (वात), the Ayurvedic dosha of air and space in motion: the energy behind every breath, thought and step.
Heat, breath and stillness help you feel grounded and at ease. Under new owners, the two studios now carry a name of their own, one that says what they are for.
